I'd stick with the 2.0 and try for the Crystallos aug to make it even better.
Gonna piggyback on this thread with an advice request of my own...
Opinion on which is better for the offhand:
Runic Bloodstained Maul + Tear of Deepest Regrets = 24/41 Weap
Embershank + Sharp Irestone Fragment = 18/35 Weap.
Ratio on the Embershank is better, but I played with it a bit and I "seem" to get better results with the Runic. (I haven't had a chance to do anything on a longer fight mob for a good parse, just got the new mainhand last night. These short parses were on group mobs in FM...)
Maul + tear ratio = 1.7083
Embershank + Fragment ratio = 1.94
Embershank is better in the off hand. Period. Unless the ratios are close (and a difference of 0.2361 is not close) the only thing that matters for the off hand is the ratio. If the ratios are extremely close, such as the difference between the Shortblade of Prismatic Destruction 3.04 and the Highblade of the Wyvern Lord 3.0434, then and only then would you take things like delay and procs into account. Although, in the case of those two weapons, the slightly better ratio also has the lower delay *and* the better proc.
