UC Berkeley scientists have developed a system to capture visual activity in human brains and reconstruct it as digital video clips. Eventually, this process will allow you to record and reconstruct your own dreams on a computer screen.
Shadowrun, here we come baby. Now we just need to figure out where all the Elves and Trolls are hiding.
Forget all the thought-visualization stuff. I'm less interested in how we can see this information than in how it can be used to bridge the gap between organic computers and inorganic ones. Now that we're finding a reliable way to understand how this information processes, we can start finding ways to interface with it.

I don't want to live in a world where there are no consequences for being stupid. A few thousand years ago these users would have been eaten by lions.
Damn, Transmetropolitan is coming true?! If this means I get a deadhead maker and a twoheaded smoking cat - I'm ok with putting up with the brainbeamed advertising.
