Rock Band... looking to buy

I'm looking to buy Rock Band 3, and a set of instruments... but there are no Rock Band 3 full bundles, just the one with the keytar... and then Rock Band 2 with all the instruments... but they are still $300+ which kinda sucks.

Anybody wanting to get rid of their instruments and/or games?

Xbox 360 or PS3, I don't haz a Wii.
