Hail fellow cutthroats. To make a long story short, I main switched to a cleric half-way through VoA and felt it was a much better role for myself as a raid leader as truly gifted clerics are extremely hard to find. Although what I've run into is finding a replacement for me on our rogue team is proving to be another hoop to jump through and that is what brings me here today.

I'm looking for a quality player to add to our rogue team. All your DPS/Defensive AA's should be done (Comes out to around 4500), Your raid attendance should be over 90%, and should have at least T4 group gear. If you're questioning the gear requirement let me give you the cliff notes. Gear is fixable, Skill and dedication isn't. There are a lot of quality players in lower tier raiding guilds, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a way into a hardcore raiding guild.

Triality's history is public record and I don't need to waste an entire paragraph talking us up. The rumors or misconceptions that we are dieing are that, misconceptions. As long as Quarken or I am here, Triality will remain a force in competitive raiding.

We're turning 10 years old as a guild in September and while that normally shy's people away from guilds I'm going to tell you why Triality is different from archaic DKP/Merit systems that are designed to bleed new members and reward the top. I could explain it to you, but an example is a lot better than explaining it.

First Tier 4 Loot was the guilds first: Syrsrek, Spike of the Spiritward off of Fumerak the Quintessence on 02/14
Finished his tier 4 raid gear on 05/28 with Tier 4 Raid BP.

We take care of our High attendance and dedicated raiders, no matter how long they have been here. Don't let the guilds age scare you away.
