I was wondering what direction I should head as 55th lvl rog. This is my first toon and am slowly(via message boards) making my way upwards and. At this point Ive read about VT and the elemental plains. I am wondering, besides lvl and skill check grinds, what else do I need to try and gear up for these higher lvl. Im on the Kane Bayle server which is not very populated and have yet to see a POT enable guild on the few boards I have access to. My current guild is great group of mostly RLF that are mostly waiting for CoH to release so it looks as if I will be on my own. If anyone could make some suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it. Im almost wondering if I should jump servers?

Really the best thing you can do is keep leveling. Forget about AA until at least 63 for SoS, but honestly I didn't do a single one until I hit 65. Nothing in terms of gear or AA (with perhaps SoS being an arguable exception) will help you as much as getting to 65.

Get your epic if you don't have that already. Work on getting your Miragul's/Takish caps to 1150.
Keep an eye out for open raids. Get every flag you can. The more flags and the more AA you have, the more likely they are to pick you up. Your Sister in Arms,
