Sneak pull strat

I've never really seen a strategy discussion on sneak pulling, and haven't really practiced it too much myself.

tips, pointers, advice?

1) Find a mob a ways away(max range on a decent bow is good)
2) Shoot mob with bow
3) Before mobs gets to you, ditch target, hide/sneak, and run

Once you get the timing down, its pretty easy as long as you pick the mob carefully(no casters) and know how to run...fast Marauder Fenrin Silentpaw, 65th Gnome DecieverMy Stuff

Yes. If you have the mob you aggroed targeted, you evade instead and will be visible to other mobs as you run back. If the mob has no social assist or low aggro range, sneak pulling a mob half a zone away is possible. I just tab and target myself rather than clearing my target ring. This way I can hit tab back and re-target the mob once I'm in camp so others can assist.

Sneak pulling guide is in the library somewhere. Derrict Thealcoholic

Hmmm.. that wasn't what my take on sneak pulling was.

I've used sneak pulling in PoJ Basement and as long as I was sneaking, and standing to the side of a mob. (You'd have to see the PoJ Basement to see how that works.) you can fire a ranged attack at a mob and his friends didn't follow, because you were still sneaking, and for some reason not visible to them still.

Then I could bring it back to my group single. (Not sure if that was a fluke, as it was only one of two places I used it, but it seemed to work.)
