which means basically unless you have some interest in old poisons, the "apply poison time reduction" part of that AA is worthless. Thats all I was wondering

Poison Mastery - lvl 1 costs 3 AAs and the main advantage is no more apply poison failures. This is of more use to those who have simply skilled up make poison and not bothered with apply poison.
Lvl 2 costs 6AAs and Lvl 3 9AAs this is well overpriced. Since the failure rate to make poison once at 250 skill with the GM Seal is rather low anyway.
I would be tempted to go for Lvl 2 and 3 if they both cost 3AAs but it would not be a priority.

I would disagree with this. While I do think its a bit overpriced, I dont think the failure rate is low. On tier two poisons I have on several occasions failed 9-10 times out of 15 attempts. It's maddening how high the failure rate is on tier two poisons imo.
I disagree also. I saw a fail rate close to 50% on tier 2 posions. I had everything that could help success other than PM. After seeing some reports on the difference in fails with PM1, I invested in it. My fail rates dropped to 10%.
Anyone that intends to seriously work with tier 2 posions needs to get PM to at least level 1. Xandrax Xuileb`Xukuth (Retired)

Before doing so I had STR, DEX, AGI maxed at 305 and wiz and int both at 126. I think Char was about 180 which helped with costs. Success rate with no PM AAs but with GM seal Id guess at 80 pct for teir 1 and 70 pct with teir 2. Like I said before, not a problem with paying 3 AA for PM lvl 1, but 6 for lvl 2 and 9 for lvl 3 no chance. 3 for each lvl would have been balanced - well thats my opinion.
