I finally got curious enough to figure out who you were talking about because I never heard of her. So I googled her.
Her official fan site came up at the top of the list so I clicked on it and saw a pic of her at the grammies in the lower right.

Never really got into Aeon Flux though I did watch a few episodes. All the characters were rather disgusting looking and apperently bulimic.

Actually for arguments sake, most likely not. By her area of birth, background and name, she is a Afrikaaner, and IIRC she speaks Afrikaans. And while there were french in the original settlers, they were a minority, so she is most likely mostly dutch. But there is also a chance she could have some bantu, zulu or other african blood back in her family tree. But in effect when someone said she was Dutch, they were technically correct.

The other one was the lady with the fake million dollar bill asking for change. The entire scenario is weird, but actually asking for change? That is just to funny.
What did she say? Lemme get $400,000 in twenty dollar bills, 300 $1000 dollar bills and the rest in quarters. And put a move on it, I am double parked!
The other thing was we were talking to a customer today. One of their employees was 9 months pregnant and her water broke on the job. So this dude was talking to one of the girls who works at the other office. He was asking her all kinds of questions and one of them was, Did it smell?
Just thinking about "broken water" and this guys main concern was the smell, just strikes me as oddly funny.
Never liked Aeon Flux. Although, there was this one "and only one" of their liquid TV shorts, where there was some large battle, and it kept going back and forth, where one side would slaughter countless enemies until they ran into the enemies "hero" who would kill them, and then that person would start slaughtering the other side until they ran into another hero on the other side.
It was pretty sweet.

yeah, she looked bad at the awards. And the filming of Monster wrapped long before the Oscars. She just looked bad. She looked...golden...like she'd used bad fake tanning lotion or something.
Anyway, she can be very pretty, but like 90% of Hollywood, too skinny. Didn't care too much for Aeon Flux...sometimes it was ok, but mostly yeah, heavy-metal-acid-quasi-porn-stuff.
